About the Inspector
Josh Bodwell is an InterNACHI® Certified Professional Inspector serving homebuyers and homeowners throughout Utah County. With more than 5 years of inspection experience, Josh brings a strong work ethic, discipline, and an efficiency-focused mindset to every inspection. He was also previously licensed in Texas, adding to the depth of his experience in the field.
Josh built his inspection style around being observant, thorough, and efficient. He understands that buying a home is a major decision, and his goal is to give clients clear information they can use without unnecessary confusion or alarm. Every inspection is performed with careful attention to detail so clients can move forward with greater peace of mind and a better understanding of the home they are purchasing.
Outside of work, Josh describes himself as a little nerdy and naturally curious. He enjoys local treasure hunts, finding things others miss, heavy metal concerts, and baseball games. That same curiosity and attention to detail carry over into his inspections, where spotting issues and helping clients understand the condition of a home is at the core of what he does.
